MPM3683-7 not working

Hi, I am using two MPM3683-7 DC-DC converters in my custom board. They are used in identical manner with same configuration of VOUT and VIN, one of it is working fine but other is not generating output voltage. I have checked its internal LDO voltage, it is also 0V. I tried to give VCC externally with 3.3V supply, even then there is no output.

I am suspecting device fault, Is there any way to make sure it is device failure by checking impedances or probing voltage at other pins.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Hi @saini.swastik1 ,

Can you please provide your schematic? Can you also describe your input voltage range and designed output voltage and current?

In the meantime, try swapping the two ICs with each other, and see if the problem is following the IC.

Thanks,
Rubas

Input Voltage is 5V.

Output Voltage configured to 0.925V, Current is 2A (for testing load is not connected).

I can not easily swap them, they are soldered, Before changing the IC I was trying to make sure that the IC is faulty.
