MPM3650C Power Good Voltage rating in Unpowered State

Hello:

I plan on using the Power Good pin on the MPM3650C to begin a power up sequence using several MPS POL devices, I must power the pullup to the PG1 and PG2 with a external power supply which already powered when the MPM3650C is unpowered, is there a latch up condition issue?

I did see the EN pin and the VIN must be equal (I assume less than as well) , does this give me a specification?

EN does not need to be connected to VIN. It just can support being tied immediately to VIN.

For PG pullup, you can use the VCC of the MPM3650C. is there any reason you would need it to be pulled up before MPM3650C is even powered? When just using VCC, it can remove the need for an external power supply. PG is pulled down when it is off.
