The datasheet for the MPM3650C indicates that the output current is 6A at an output voltage of 1.8V and 5A at 3.3V. What will the output current be if this IC is used at an output voltage of 1.8V?

As mentioned in the datasheet, for output voltage greater than 1.8V it can provide maximum of 5A. Refer to the below note.
For 1.8V, we have efficiency data collected upto 6A and for 3.3V upto 5A as shown below:
