MPM3650 at Vin=3.3V

Hi,

I’m considering using the MPM3650 for a 3.3V input voltage, but there are no performance curves under that condition in the datasheet. Output voltage is 0.9V to 1.2V.

Is this component recommended to be used at such input voltage? If yes, could you provide the performance curve under that condition? I’m particularly in the efficiency and thermal derating curves.

Hi Pedro,

Yes, you can use MPM3650 for 3.3V input. In the datasheet, you can use 5V input performance curves as a reference. The efficiency and thermal performances of 3.3V input will be better than 5V input. If you still need 3.3V input curve, you can contact me and I will help you.
