Can Vcc output of MPM3630 be used to power an external IC that requires up to 15 mA of current at 5V?

While the Vcc pin of the MPM3630 can provide 5V, its load regulation when 5mA are pulled from it is 3%. I worry that by pulling 15mA the load regulation will worsen and the VCC pin will have a hard time providing 5V, which would also mean the IC would no longer see 5V for its internal components to function properly.
The Vcc pin should be used as a pull up source for logic pins, it is best not to pull more than 5mA for the MPM3630.
