We use the MPM3630GQV, is there data for the thermal Resistance Junction to PCB?

The junction to PCB thermal characteristic is a virtual parameter that is measured under a specific environment. MPS does not provide junction to PCB as that would require measurements under your specific power requirements and expected operating environment.
