I would like to know the change of output current versus temperature for the MPM3630GQV-Z model. It cannot be found in the current datasheet. For example, I want to know if the maximum output current at 85 degrees falls below 3A.

Hi Shinyoung,
The recommended operating junction temperature is up to 125 deg C so at 85 deg C, it will still be able to handle 3A continuous current.
