MPM3630 maximum current

Dear Team,

we are using MPM3630GQV IC 12Vin to 0.7V@3.5A.

Does this module support 3.5A ? as per datasheet all graphs limit mention 3A max and internal indicator peak current also limit 7A max.

Hi Vishal,

I will not recommend you put a 3.5A load. The maximum load is determined by the internal MOSFET or other components. We won’t suggest you use an out of limit parameter. MPM3650C should be a good part for you.
