I’m wondering to which ground, capacitor on SS pin, should be connected? Datasheet says that is should be AGND and on Evalboard it is PGND despite that elements from FB and COMP are grounded to AGND. And also, what about resistor from FREQ pin?

The AGND is analog ground and PGND is Power ground. It should not matter too much if you connect it PGND. But if you’re very concerned about the noise, then I would advice you to connect it to AGND.
At the end, AGND and PGND are connected anyways.
