Hi,

The datasheet of MPM3515GQVE-AEC1 in pg no:3 gives two junction temperature
1)Recommended operating junction temperature: -40C to 125C
2)Absolute maximum rating: 150C

Whether exceeding the recommended 125C junction temperature will cause any issue?

Hi Viswa,

Exceeding the 125C junction temperature may cause performance issues such as decrease in efficiency. The MPM3515 has an over-temperature protection and will shut-down if the junction temperature is exceed beyond the limit.
