We are using 5V TO 3.3V MPM3515 like below SCH
The waveform of POWER UP is not output linearly, so I am wondering if there is anything to consider.

Not like the datasheet, Can you measure the current load? Perhaps some output load is suddenly switching on at 1V so that alters the shape of the ramp. At least it is monotonic.
