MPM3510A VCC Output

Hello,

I would like to know if the Vcc output of the MPM3510A is dependent or not of the EN pin. I mean, if, once the input has got over the threshold level, the 5V output is available eventhough the enable pin is not asserted.

According to the functional block, it seems that the enable signal affects to the internal 5V regulator, but as I have not find an explicit mention to it, I would like to be sure.

Hi Egoitz,

Apologies for the delayed response.
VCC is not dependent of the EN pin. If EN is disabled, VCC should regulate and power internal circuitry as long as Vin is supplied.
