Because I can’t find equal and it’s not working.

Unfortunately, the MP8690 is a part that no longer exists. This is the reason it took much time for us to discover this. The part is a 20A, 25V Half Bridge Driver.
Hopefully this is something that you will be able to replace as MPS no longer has this.

First of all, thank you so much for the information that you gave me.
But, could you give me some answer about this “MP86903-CGLT-Z” because I’m seeing a lot of those parts saying that I could replace the MP8690 that I had mention in the begining. Is that correct? Could I replace It?
After further inspection, the MP86903 is a completely different part that has also been killed off by MPS. It is not replaceable or interchangeable with the MP8690. Apologies.
