what is the difference between MPC22166-B-130 and MPC22166-D-130,

are they both same.

The difference between the two parts is the inductor height in-built and total weight.

The ‘D’ version has a bit higher height and the overall weight

  • Typical Weight: 2.1g
  • Available in an LGA-72 (9mmx9.9mmx4.75mm) Package

For ‘B’ version, the height and weight is as follows:

  • Typical Weight: 1.6g
  • Available in an LGA-72 (9mmx9.9mmx4mm) Package

Hi MPS ,

According to MPC22166-D-130 , I;d like to know stencin design conept to adress the component that being mounted on the bottom side. And any impact to use the reflow pallet with force spring to hold these LGAs on the bottom side.
