Can I remove this module from the evaluation board?
Can I put it back in after removing it?
Can I get a BOM list of each component?

Yes, you can definitely remove and put it back when there is no power on your board. And you can find the BOM of these components in the datasheet.

This module is connected to the evaluation board by pins, can they be removed by removing solder? Please advise if there is a better way.

Hi kotaro,
You can use a hot air gun to desolder the chip. And you can put the solder paste on the pins, then put the new chip and use hot air gun to heat the chip.
I think from the datasheet you can get the design BOM of EVMPC12106.
