looks current limit not responds after SCP. refer to the following fig.
Set the ILIM to VCC, RSENSE 1mohm and COMP as following fig.

The conversion you are doing is very high current/high power, and the current limit is set well above the max load current specified. The scope picture is not clear enough to see details needed for analysis. With low current sense resistance and a medium sense voltage, the accuracy may allow very high peak and continuous currents, as parasitic resistances on the board and wiring may change the monitored current. It would be good to look at the schematic if you can share that and also a better look at the scope photo. I’ll send you an email address directly and can review the operation.
