MP9485 output noise filtering

I am using MP9485 buck IC for my project to convert 48v input to 14v output which works fine but the noise generated here is disturbing my MCU analog data reading so need some guidance for filtering the 14v output noise.

Vin above 30v - 80v
Vout - 14v
Iout - 500ma
inductor value - 33uH
