I am evaluating the MP86972 half-bridge as a potential switch for hybrid switched capacitor topologies. However i could not find the R_ds,on for HS and LS switch in the Datasheet.
I am also interested, wether the switches are identical or optimized in size for a specific duty-cycle.
I would appreciate it if you could provide this information.
