Apologies for the late reply! Here is the EVL8030-QJ-00B which supports your 12V output and MP8030 Datasheet if you are interested.
For the transformer, EVL8030-QJ-00B uses EFD25. I would recommend looking at this post which inquires about the same transformer you are looking for. Past Forum Post
