MP8017 EP7 transformer connection

Hi,
Could you please help me to confirm if my schematic for EP7 transformer is correct?

  1. Pin1, 4 NC and pin 2, 3 are primary pins；
  2. Connect pin 7, 8 together, connect pin 5, 6 together. Two secondary wings N1 and N3 are connected in parallel to increase the current capacity.

Hello Wei,

Just to confirm on the image that you have provided:

  1. Yes, pins 2 and 3 indicate your primary pins of the transformer. I don’t see the NC pins of 1 and 4 in this image, but as long as they are on the primary side then they should have nothing connected here, you should be fine.

  2. Yes, pins 6 and 8 along with 5 and 7 are your secondary outputs. You can connect each respective positive and negative terminals to your load in parallel to increase current capacity.
