MP8009 Isolated DC/DC – How to Get 24V Output?

I want to design an isolated DC/DC converter using the MP8009. In the application note and sample design, the output voltage is set to 12 V, but I need to design for 24 V.

To reach this higher output voltage, what changes are required (aside from components directly related to voltage rating, such as capacitor voltage ratings)?

Will simply changing the transformer be sufficient? I found the following transformers that are designed for 24 V flyback applications: 750343576, 750319069, and 750320237.

Could you please guide me, or share a sample schematic if available? Thanks in advance.

Hello, welcome to the MPS Forums!

Other than double checking relevant capacitors and any other discrete components on the secondary side such that they meet the derating requirements for 24Vout, I would say the transformer would be the main component to change such that the windings align with your Vin and Vout.

What is the Vin for your application?
