I cant find in the Datasheet a specified Signal assigned to the external Pad of the Package TSSOP28-EP. Is it connected to GND?
Hello NB94,
Do not connect any signal / power to the exposed pad on the back of the package. Connect it the PCB’s corresponding landing pad for thermal dissipation and a more secure connection.
