I am looking for an amplifer with DC to 10kHz bandwidth and high efficiency that can provide +/-10V swings up to 1A.
Can I use split supplies with the MP7741? Is grounding the positive input in this split supply scenario feasible?
I would connect the ‘AGND’ to the negative supply in this case.

I don’t believe this is a typical application for this part. I would not recommend connected AGND to the negative supply as the abs max rating is -0.3 to 0.3V.
