If possible, I hope to get the SIMPLIS file as before, just like MP6908.

At this time, MPS doesn’t have a SIMPLIS model for the MP6951. However, we do have a SIMPLIS model for the MP6901 which is comparable to the MP6951 if it works for your application and if you are still in the design phase.
If not, please let me know if you would like to see a SIMPLIS model for the MP6951 to be developed by creating a ticket. There may be something in development, but a ticket would certainly expedite things.
