May I know MP6924 can design for forward secondary side rectifier? If not, could you help advise one? Because we are survey MP8030 for POE PD .bt solution.

Welcome to MPS Forums. The MP6924 is an LLC SR and it is not recommended to use in forward converters since there can be overshoot risk when operated in Continuous Conduction mode which will eventually damage the FETs. For MP8030, please refer to the evaluation board as it ensures optimal performance of the part.
