May I know the MP6908 can rectifier for 56VOUT? power sapec as following.
VIN 20V
POUT 56V / 2A
TR ratio NP:NS=1:2
I would say, look for a 150V 10mohm kind of device. Lower Rds than that won’t help as the forward drop is regulated to 40mv in any case.
Voltage stress is 20V x 2 = 40V double it for ringing 80V + the 56V on the output 136V nearest standard is 150v FET.

The HVC and VD pins which in typical applications connect and interface directly with the output have a recommended maximum rating of voltages up to 150V, so 56V should be no issue where both are illustrated below:
However, you had previously mentioned the “DEEN/DSEN” pins. What do you mean by this exactly when referring to the exact pinout of the MP6908?
