Datasheet does not specify max PWM frequency. At least I shoud get out of datasheet the minimum allowed PWM ON (high) and OFF (low) times in ns - applied at IN input pin. Datasheet has measurements for 20kHz. Minimum applied pulse widthin our application is 1us. Is this fine with the device?
Furthermore, a graph regarding power loss vs. PWM input frequency would be good to have.
In addition, due to lack of simulation model I would like to create my own behavioral model: what is the internal dead time for controlling high side and low side FET? Can I assume 100ns to be on a safe side?
Hello andreas.nestler,
I have reached out to our team members.
Hello eduardo,
Do you have any updates on that topic?
Thanks and Best Regards Andreas
We tested up to 200kHz. Minimum pulse width is 190ns at 24V and 350nS at 60V for positive pulses a little less for negative. Dead time is 150ns rising and 100ns falling.
No power vs frequency is available.
