In the datasheet, it mentions needing an external resistor for the nFault pin, what ohms should the resistor be if I am using 24 volts for Vin and 5 volts for Vref, and also where would I place the resistor using the typical application diagram as an example?

Welcome to the MPS Forum. If using 5V for Vref, you can use a 499-ohm resistor to pull up nFault pin to Vref. Hope this helps!
