For Vin=50V and Ipeak=5A, 100kHz seems to be the max that the device can respond to. The device has shown to hit OTP at these conditions.
The current sense function has 2us setting time, so please set a sample delay for the SOX output for 2us after LS-FET turns on for any phase.

Is the 100-kHz frequency -3dB point, i.e. what is the current-sense ratio at that frequency?
Is it possible that we get the full amplitude-frequency characteristic (variation of the current-sense ratio as a function of frequency)?
