Hi aallian,

For MP6540H, under Vin=24V condition:

Minimum positive PWM Pulse Width is about 210ns,
Minimum negative PWM Pulse Width is about 310ns,

LS off to HS on Dead Time is about 80ns,
HS off to LS on Dead Time is about 165ns.
