When using a single MP6540H with all three output tied together to drive a single solenoid High side at 100% duty cycle, can I expect it to be able to handle 15Amps? Or do I need to de-rate it a bit due to asymmetry of the power FETs? 11 amps perhaps?

This is not how our 3-phase BLDC power stages are designed to work. I would recommend looking at our Brushed DC/Solenoid Drivers product line, but we currently do not have a driver that supports over 8A.
