The MP6538 can source 0.8A and sink 1A. Using a MOSFET with Qg = 27nC, you can roughly calculate the MOSFET turn-on and turn-off as follows:

ton = Qg / Isource = 27nC/0.8A = 33.75ns
toff = Qg / Isink = 27nC / 1A = 27ns

The motor driver can theoretically drive any MOSFET within the motor driver’s thermal limit. If you want faster switching speeds, then I recommend using a MOSFET that has lower Qg.
