MP6538 driver tripping issue after 70% duty cycle

Hi
I am using MP6538 BLDC driver.
My motor runs alright till duty cycle is about 70% but after that suddenly drive trips.
Below 70%, driver works fine and even current limiting also appears to be working ok.
I have tried various values for DT and OCP filter, MOSFETs are fired within 2 microseconds.
Even if I tied the OCREF pin to Vref via 100k as suggested in the application note, drive trips.
I will greatly appreciate your valuable inputs.

Hello ultrawatts,

Could you let us know more about the operating conditions? What are your inputs and outputs? What do you see before regulation stops? Is it possible you have the current limit on the power supply too low?

Thank you,

Hi
I was busy in other work I did not check your response.
Thanks for the reply.
I have kept current limit of power supply at 20A.
I have found that the driver is sensitive to MOSFETs as well.
I did not get proper results using IRF540.
When I used other MOSFETs having low Rdson, things improved.
