I have designed a blower (Micronel : U65MN-024KS-5) driver using MP6535, but the problem is it’s not working properly. I need to turn power supply on and off few times and then it starts working but still the blower speed is not constant every time or is getting stopped after sometime. I am not using the Over Current and Short Circuit protection. Also the whole PCB is getting heated upto 80 °C. The schematic of my design is attached below. Can anyone help me out?

I reviewed your schematic and compared it to our EVB. Please follow the schematic and layout recommendations in the EVB datasheet as closely as possible as these are proven designs.
