Hi,
my plan is to use MP6526 as driver for bistable relays (inductive load).
Does MP6526 already have output protection diodes to Vcc and GND or do I have to add external ones?
Was not able to find anything in the data sheet.

Hello Oliver,
The MP6526 has internal short protection. Please refer to figure 1. Function Block Diagram. The FETs’ currents are being monitored. If the current limit is reached within the time set in SCT register, then the shorted outputs are disabled in the SCD register. Sending a HIGH to the SRR register will reset the outputs. You can read more about the protection on page 15 of our datasheet in the section labeled “over-current protection”.
