MP6519 FT Pull up 3V3 or 5V

The MP6519GQ-Z has a FT pin to indicate the error status.

Is it internally pulled - up to VCC (5V pin) or is an Open Drain output? Can I pull up to 3V3 as my controller is supporting 3V3 only. ESP32- The pin is absolute max rating is 3.6V
