MP5470 No Device Found

Why in virtual bench pro 4.0, it is showing like “no device found, please check the connection” error even though all connections are made correctly from MP5470 board to PC through USB to I2C interface?

If you are having a ‘no device found’ error, here are a few steps you can follow:

  1. Make sure SDA and SCL lines are connected to their corresponding pins in both the EVB and GUI.
  2. Ensure the EVB is powered ON when scanning device on the GUI.
  3. Update Virtual Bench Pro 4 to the latest version available.
  4. Try finding the device Manually (Using the “Connect Manually Option”).
