Currently I am using the Eval Board of MP4581 (EV4581-N-00A) in that i need to use the undevoltage cutoff feature. By changing the R5 & R6 Value to (1M & 27.4K). When the EN Voltage is reduced below 1.13V the buck converter is turned off during that time it consuming around 300µA. I need to know that, this much of current consumption is normal and How to reduce the current consumption.

You may refer to the ‘Power Supply’ section on page 4 of the MP4581 datasheet.
You may match these conditions to achieve lower current draw.

In my condition my Vin Voltage is 47V, VEn Voltage is 0.9V at that time my current consumption was around 300uA.
In my actual case also, I need to turn off the buck convertor if the input voltage is below 48V.
You are setting the EN voltage between thresholds.
See datasheet EC Table for EN thresholds:
I suggest measuring input current with EN set to zero, and then with EN above 1.35V (try 1.5V for margin).
Using a resistor divider off of Vin for UVLO function is tricky if you need low current draw. Note ‘Micro-power EN off threshold’ is specified as 0.4V.
Can you trigger EN externally?
