MP4248GQV-0011 not voltage output

Hi Sir
We use the MP4248GQV-0011 for USB power
but it’s not have any voltage output
the attached is I2C information for logic analyzer get
and what causes for the NAK message?
Is it related to power sequencing?

Thank you for posting on the MPS Forums! Are you using the EVL4248-QV-00A for this testing, or is the MP4248 on your own board? If this is from your own board, could you share your schematic?
