Hi, we’re testing the MP4248 using the Evaluation board. We’d like to know if is possible to increase the output current connecting two circuits in parallel mode.

We would not recommend paralleling the MP4248. When paralleling DC-DC converters you should be aware of load sharing. Without proper balancing, one converter will attempt to drive the entire load while the other may not turn on, which can result in damaging the parts. Additionally, any delay in powering up or powering down of either regulator would cause a back-feed from the powered regulator to the non-powered one.
If you would like to use a paralleled converter, I would advise using one that is specifically designed to do so.
