- One of the recommended output capacitor in table 3(P.38) for 20V/2.5A is 4.7uF “16V” despite the specified max. output voltage is 20V. Isn’t this concerning?

Generally we size the output capacitor at least 2x the expected voltage the cap sees, so if you expect 20Vout, size those output capacitors around 40V. Sometimes the smallest output cap is rated a little less than 2x since the goal of the small cap is to help with noise, not ripple, so a little more DC biasing in it is fine.
