- Even though the internal reference voltage varies approx.0.08VVout as per the table mentioned in P.7 of datasheet but the selected resistor values for 12V application(P.40) in datasheet is w.r.t 0.4V reference voltage instead of 1.44V(0.0812V).

Pg7 is showing how the FB voltage might slightly vary part to part. If your application is 12Vout, it would be best to follow figure 19. We also have an evaluation board you can order to play around with the part and get more familiar with it, you can find it here.
But in general, to set the output voltage follow the information on page 27 under “VOUT_COMMAND”
