MP4245 I2C Commands are not executed

Dear all

I am working with an MP4245. When I use Virtual Bench Pro 4.0 and your EVKT-USBI2C-02 I2C kit and EV4245-VE-00A, I can communicate with the Device.

It works fine as long as I do just one thing at a time.
E.g. set the Output Voltage und write it to the volatile memory
I can also turn on and off the same way.

When I set the voltage, and set the operation to on (two modifications) and then write to the RAM, the device powers on but does not change the voltage. On the I2C bus I see, that both command have been sent… When I read the data back, I see that the voltage setting is in the device, but it has not been applied - as one can see in Monitoring, the voltage is even read by the MP4245…

Is this a known error?

Could anyone reproduce the problem?

So, this is what the support says for our custom software:

1.Please make sure that register matches with output divider
2. Must wait Vo changes to 1V already, you can write next command.

It’s not really what I was hoping for, but it’s a work around…

Good look to anyone that was interested…
