I designed a Hardware a few month ago and just saw that the MP4245 is not recommended for new designs now. Could you give me an Information if the MP4235 which is listet as alternative part will be a one to one replacement. Could you also give me some information when the part will be released with the v1 datasheet?

This is a good question. I would estimate that this part would be fully released in about two quarters given the current status of the posted datasheet online.
