What is the best way to provide brightness control for an EL panel? Would a PWM on the RSW_Osc pin provide brightness control?

Rsw_osc is the pin responsible for setting the switching frequency of the boost converter in the MP3802. Changing the resistance of REL at the Rel_osc would change the driver frequency.
Are you able to test this?

Will changing the boost frequency change brightness? I usually change brightness with a PWM which changes duty cycle not frequency.
I’m just saying brightness changes can’t be done through the Rsw_osc pin because this adjusts switching frequency. You would be correct here though.
