MP3435 question, VIN range 5~12V, VOUT 12V@13A, can I use MP3435 design?

The input and output voltage specs here should be fine as shown:
However, 19A is the switch current capability and not the load current capability. Here is the efficiency curve from the datasheet, which appears to have a max load current of 5A, so this won’t work if a load current of 13A is needed from the MP3435:
I can recommend the following boost controllers that should be able to handle your specified input and output voltages. You can add your own FETs to support a 13A load as well:
- MP3910 | Peak Current Mode Boost PWM Controller with Programmable Frequency, external SS and Light Load | MPS
- MP3446U | 55V, Wide Input, Current-Mode, Synchronous Boost Controller | MPS
