I am looking for spice/pspice model of MP3362GJ-P - please help and provide link to download if available .

I have checked MPSmart software but cannot find this specific part.

Hello,

It looks like MPS doesn’t have any simulation models for the MP3362.

However, we do have evaluation boards that you can use to replicate your design parameters and test instead. See the following link:
