MP3362 Fsw in Hz or in kHz, is there some calculation tool for compensation network components?


In the switching frequency setting was mentioned that Fsw calculating in kHz, what about Fsw variable in other equations? like in Cpapacitor selection, for me it looks like it should be in Hz not in kHz.
What exact variable setting should be in equation 8 and 9.

Is there some calculation tool for a Compensation Network calculation ? Do we need to deal with all equations by hand ? Do I need to change it every time I change current of LED?

For this particular part, there is not an available design calculator. I would recommend using the evaluation board data sheet as a design guide.

Do I need to change it every time I change current of LED?

It depends on whether how close different the ILED currents are.
If they are similar, it should be ok to keep the same input and output capacitors so long as that meet the equation requirement.
The inductor will also need to be sized appropriately and its saturation current must exceed the inductor’s peak current.
