In the datasheet it is stated that the accuracy (e.g. in FLASH mode) is +/-7% and step is 7.84mA

is this accuracy defined for the full range of operating temperature?

what is the current repeatability between power on off cycles?

This accuracy should be defined for the full range of the operating temps. I would encourage you to observe how repeatable the errors are at different temps depending on your use case with an evaluation board.
