MP2908A, MPQ2908A What these are different for vehicle applications?

Hello,

I need help for Vehicle applications. please apply to me.
I consider about DC-DC Converter for Vehicle Applications.
I already check and compare the spec sheet between MP2908A and MPQ2908A.
but i don’t know what it different.

So, is it okay to use MP2908A that is make Vehicle application?

They could do a better job explaining the difference, here is what I see. The MP part has the chip parameters specified at 25C only. The MPQ part has the parameters specified over a much larger temperature range. So one will probably work over temperature and one will certainly work over temperature. guess which one costs more?

Hello Chchoi,
MPQ is automotive/industrial standard version.
MP is commercial standard version.

For Vehicle application specifically, I would recommend going w/ the MPQ version.
